We now have spoilers for the November 2022 Allure Beauty Box.

What Else You Should Know

Allure says each of their boxes has a total value of $100+.
If you sign up today, your first box will be the October 2022 box. If you sign up at the end of the month, you will receive two boxes back-to-back! For example, if you sign up on January 30, you will receive a January box, soon followed by a February box. Future boxes will be delivered at regular monthly intervals.
Per Allure: "if you sign up via Amazon you do not get a new member gift or access to the exclusive member store."

I never received my November box, had issues with my October box, and haven’t heard anything about the December box… Seems like something is going wrong….bit disappointing after being a member for 7-8 years.

I was a little surprised as I got my November box today, and October’s is still on its way. I subscribed again late last month, mostly for the Viori samples since it’s the hair shampoo and conditioner I use.

I will probably cancel again just because I have enough make up and skincare, but I love that this month has a perfume in a pretty bottle. 🙂

I’ve actually been extremely happy with most boxes this year from allure…Fleur and bee is amazing along with the donginbi, the enzyme scrub, saterday skin eye cream, bomb vitamin c cream, the box before had an amazing French girl oil that I LOVE and leneige cream, rael pimple patches, voir hair mask(incredible)this box the purfume is incredible I have samples, I always like the 111skin products and I’ve tried them… l’occutane hand cream is great and the brushes will get used. If you try everything you’ll like them much better. I’ve gotten doubles of all boxes. Mays box was the best subscription box I’ve ever gotten…. Next best was last month…I love that the editors try everything. I bought tons of donginbi, Fleur and bee, saterday skin, and vasanti scrub and many more because of this box. I also LOVE the PCA rebalance moisturizer and the beauty stat moisturizer…I switch them every other day and they’re the only day creams I found that work amazing with tretinoin.this is the only box i still love. This month wasn’t amazing but still really good.

I’m hoping that there’s a Black Friday deal because I’d like the highlighter and the fragrance, but not really interested in the rest and the free gift is not something that I’d use. Maybe if it goes down to $10 again or if there is a better GWP and/or shop credit–I’d like to get the BeautyStat moisturizer if it’s still available.

I saw the spoilers & was glad that I had cancelled previously. Woke up this morning to see I was charged & this afternoon I was sent a shipping notification. I sent an email requesting a refund this morning. I swear they rushed to send the box in order to avoid giving a refund. : (

I skipped the month and was charged the very next day. Allure is being shady. I called customer service and they claimed there was nothing they could do about it. So i called.
I will just get the boxes that i see worth getting for $15 or if they offer a free item and cancel immediately after getting the box.

I’m in the same spot.. except last month, i called and canceled the DAY BEFORE the 1st. Still got charged. Went back & forth with CS. They acted like i never called! Even though i received an email stating i spoke to someone, it wasn’t enough “proof”. They told me someone would call me back and still the rep tried to talk me out of canceling. Well, no one called me back. I allowed a week to go by. I called again. This time i was assured it was cancelled. well, imagine my surprise when once again i was charged!! They told me it was too late to do anything because it had shipped!! (as far as i could tell on my end, it hadn’t yet. it did a day later. who knows?) I’ve never had any issues with Allure CS. I don’t understand why i’m having this many conversations to cancel my box. i’ve been a subscriber for 7+ years. I’ve paused boxes many times. no drama. It seems i’m not alone. I’m about to report this to the BBB if i’m charged in Dec. Ugh. what a mess. Anyone have any advice? I would’ve eventually resubbed to Allure but this is ridiculous! 🙁

Have you tried skipping the month on their website? That’s how I do it and it sends me an email confirmation stating I skipped the month and it will tell you the next box you’ll receive which is the next months box. I also take a screenshot when it says I’ve successfully skipped and when the next box will come. If I wait until the day before it’s supposed to charge it’s a toss up if I’ll get charged, their CS told me to give it 3 days to be sure and they’ve always given me a refund and told me to keep the box when I send them my email confirmation and my screenshots. They have charged me 4 times when I skipped and each time they refunded me promptly.

They did the same thing to me although they were dishonest and said I did not call and cancel when I saw the charge. They refused to refund my money and shipped the box out the next morning! I am planning to dispute (chargeback) through my bank.

The items in the box seem so recycled – nothing is new except maybe the perfume and brushes.

I’m very disappointed in how I was treated by CS.

I don’t like that the 111Skin products in these types of boxes are generally made in China. Not a fan of that, easy skip for me.

Cancelled my subscription and had my money refunded through Visa.
I will never make this mistake again, even though it is a cheap box. Most of the contents are sub- par.

Im so happy to get another good box from allure. I have unsubscribed 3 years ago and wanted to start getting into subscription boxes again for skin care and some makeup. I hope i get the perfume.. i love viktor and rolf because their perfumes are the best.

I never got my Oct. box *through Amazon.
Amazon refused to help after the sale, so I’ve had to file a chargeback to my Visa.

Allure has always been hit or miss but I didn’t expect Amazon to be so unhelpful. I wanted the Fleur and Bee facial oil.

I don’t like that they said “products may vary per box”! Everyone always received the same box in the years I’ve been subscribed except new members would get a couple extra perks. Weird!

Not really, no.

This has been their latest frustration. If they have your subscription history, they try to not send you something you already got. This is not 100%, so you could end up getting something you already did.

Don’t want made in China overpriced 111Skin with different ingredients than European version. And highlighter is a no for me as I have many. Easy skip

I have two of those Laritzy highlighters from past subscriptions and I just love them. I’m not sure what shades I have, because the label is worn down. Almost positive that I don’t have that one though.
I’m not a big fan of 111skin and that seems like the ‘big item’ 😕. The little perfume sample is cute and it’s not a bad scent.I might grab this box if there’s a good new subscriber deal.

I got the 111Skin in a previous Allure box. It just makes me look greasy.

The brushes I wouldn’t mind, but the highlighter would go straight in the trash.

Everything else would be fine, too.

Yup, they’re trotting out that same 111 Skin product again. Allure used to have more upscale stuff and not the typical subscription box retreads. I’ve skipped the last six months on Amazon but keep hoping there will be a good one again. Would love the perfume, though.

Do we know the size of the perfume!? I was going to skip next month BUT I LOVE that perfume SOOOOOO much. I had one teeny tiny sample and its the first perfume i just absolutely completely LOVE!!! i’ve been wanting to buy the smallest bottle but its $88!!!

I don’t know for sure but it looks like the .24 fl oz samples they have. They use the same size for the Flowerbomb samples they’ve sent out in previous boxes. There’s a sale on all perfumes at Macys now, so it’s 15% off online with free shipping if you want to get the full size.

Actually not bad, with the exception of the monthly Viktor and Rolf stenchbomb. Can I sign up through Amazon in November, get this, and then cancel easily? This is like an Ipsy bundle for much less money.

This is a completely new scent from Viktor & Rolf. It’s nothing like Flowerbomb. It’s a vanilla jasmine with fennel, much lighter than FB. I think it’s a great addition since it’s new and not Flowerbomb (finally!).
