Keeping checking back on the out of stock items – sometimes people drop their extras and they become available again. Especially in the last few hours.
Also, it looks like you can add multiples of some of the items. I am choosing the lazy susan for Category 1 and am adding on at least 2 of the Christophe Robin Mask.

Can anyone here tell me what is going on with things being sold out? Does that happen a lot? The reason I am asking is that I just subscribed as a seasonal member. I saw the spoilers but am now thinking about canceling because I wanted the Kate Spade wristlet and it’s already sold out. Will they get more in? I am going to do a charge back on my credit card if I have any issues. You can’t tell people this is what you can get and then it’s gone before you even have a chance to pick your items!

Sometimes they hold stock for the seasonal subscribers, so it can sell out for annuals but be available at the start of customization for seasonals. It’s not a guarantee but it has happened. You’ll definitely want to jump on right when customization opens, however.

I’ve never seen so many options sold out so quickly after customization opens, but yes, this happens a lot. I struck out in three categories and I logged in to customize about 1.5 hours after it opened. You might get lucky if you come back and refresh now and then, but no guarantees. I don’t think they usually add stock.

If you want your items, you have to be on the site and waiting when customization opens and also the add-on market starts. I canceled my FFF subscription a few years ago, but this is what I had to do to get what I wanted and even then, some items sold out fast. Sadly, some get certain items just to sell on mercari/posh, eBay, and FB.

Ah, that’s why I didn’t even see it! I was wanting that. Ended up with and entirely skin/hair care box and I’m already on overload doh.

That was one of the main Items was really looking forward too! It’s crazy it sold out so fast I was on at 10:30 and like you’ve mentioned it was gone. I wish they would have purchased more of them …I feel like that had to know it would be a popular item.
