Miss Vickie's Intimates Pale Blue & Grey Lace Undies, size large - Listed Retail Value $12.00
Oooh- These are definitely my favorite. They're ultra soft and fit perfectly. I love the colors too! The pale barely blue soft fabric is trimmed with a light grey lace and for a simple and comfortable pair of hipster undies. These are 95% modal and 5% spandex for nice stretch. A real win for me!
Splendies Floral & Navy Lace Undies, size large - Listed Retail Value $12.00
These also fit really well but have a lower cut than the previous pair that makes me think of my days with low-cut waist jeans. There's not a ton of coverage compared to the other pair but it has a wider trim of navy blue lace around the pink, lavender, and mint floral print. There's a little navy bow at the middle of the waist as well. These undies are made of 92% cotton and 8% spandex which isn't as soft as the other pair but still pretty comfy. Cotton is also more breathable, IMO.
Miss Vickie's Floral and Teal Lace Undies, size large - Listed Retail Value $12.00
Unfortunately, there is usually a pair in my Spendies pack that doesn't quite fit and these are it. They're wearable in a pinch (see what I did there?) but are ultimately just too small to be comfortable. Life is too short to wear undies that don't feel great, ya know? Even though these are a large, just like the other pair of Miss Vickie's, these floral bunch printed pair are cut differently and just don't work.
The Verdict: Splendies sent me two hits and a miss this month. I was relieved to not get a thong (even though subscribers can choose to not receive them at all) but got a size large that just wasn't large enough. The pale blue pair are awesome though!
